Hello All ! I am happy to announce that we have released our Whiskey Barrel Kraut!  It is a great blend of green cabbage, onion, garlic and sea salt that is fermented in organic whiskey barrels from Still Cellars in Longmont Colorado.  Our Cabbage is from the lovely folks at Kilt Farms.

We are in several locations now.  Check out BlackBelly Butcher shop and Fresh Thymes Marketplace in Boulder CO to get some!  We will soon be at Cured as well!
