Live Cultures Fermented Foods is very pleased to be collaborating with Brü Handbuilt ales & eats this Wednesday July 19th at 7pm for a delicious 4 course Beer/fermented food pairing! Each course will showcase one of Live Cultures Fermented Foods integrated into the culinary stylings of Chef Wes Gay along with a beer pairing from Head Brewer and Owner Ian Clark.
- The first course will showcase our spicy Mango Hot sauce in a Razor Clam Ceviche along with Brü’s Nymeria American Pale Ale.
- Second Course will showcase our Wildfire Kimchi wrapped in Egg rolls w/sweet and spicy sauce nestled atop a citrus salad. Beer: Belux Belgian style Pale Ale
- The third course will feature Chef Wes Gay’s Wonderfully braised Lamb w/herb rice, pistachio and our fermented curried Okra specially made for this event. Beer: Citrum IPA
- For Dessert and the final course of the evening we will be serving our special probiotic sweet but tart Crimson Cranberry Relish along with Brü’s Meyer Lemon Ice Cream. Beer: Belgian Style Golden Ale.
